English Season 3 left a little to be desired, and I consider it the weakest one so far. I was looking forward to the grim atmosphere of the previous seasons as well as a good dose of suspense, but I was put on a strict diet this time. The story had atmosphere, but not as powerful, and there was practically no tension. I didn’t like that the ending was hurried to provide enough time to set the stage for the next season. I'm not saying I was bored. Not at all. I was just looking forward to a magnificent feast and only got a vegetarian portion. ()

English A slower and tighter series that, despite a few stronger moments, doesn't stand out. Except for the last episode, this is Bosch at his best. The dialogue with J. Edgar is the icing on the cake. ()
