In this sequel, in which Kevin James reprises the role of Paul Blart, the security guard is headed to Las Vegas to attend a Security Guard Expo with his teenage daughter Maya (Raini Rodriguez) before she departs for college. The first film was no miracle, but it was quite alright to watch, but this one is slightly worse. Especially Paul Blart is a much bigger idiot this time, and he's no longer the underdog we might have felt sorry for last time. It's actually a similar style of humor to Johnny English 1 and 3, just with the difference that Kevin James isn't enough of a comedian to be able to save it. And Jayma Mays didn't come back, and that’s too bad.
