Ilia was was given up for international adoption in 1993. Two decades later the young Frenchman arrives in Bulgaria to reunite with his mother and seven siblings. The documentary reveals what has happened to other Bulgarian kids who were adopted by foreigners. (Moscow International Film Festival)
