It's certainly not even close to what we watched as kids on TV. That was a series with magic that I really enjoyed. In this release, it's simply just an average 3D animation, of which there are quite a few nowadays, and they don't really distinguish themselves much from each other. I was most curious to see what the characters would look like in 3D, and my curiosity was satisfied.
