Dear Dictator

A North Korean spy films the everyday life of Buk-seong, Young-lim and Woo-seok, three young men belonging to South Korea's most disadvantaged classes. Their story is filtered through the eyes of the spy, who hopes to favor the propaganda mechanisms of the north. (Sitges Film Festival)
