English But neither the great shots nor the superbly captured atmosphere of the film help to make it truly exceptional. Aside from its professionally executed filming, the film is utterly devoid of any original ideas, which is a terrible shame. The potential of the era, the setting, or the winter weather wasn't fully utilized. It's kind of what you expect from a classic film like this, which doesn't seem like enough. ()
