Jungle Jim, an African guide and hunter, finds a vial containing a substance that turns out to be a promising cure for polio. Jim leads beautiful scientist Hilary Parker into the jungle in search of the lost city from which the vial is believed to have come. Tagging along is photographer Bruce Edwards, who claims to have been found by the expedition while lost, but who actually seeks the treasure he believes is hidden in the lost city. Finding the lost city, Jim and his companions are confronted by the dangers witch doctors of Zimbalu. (official distributor synopsis)
