What is this film trying to tell us? That it's a good idea to bring all former lovers and mistresses to the pre-wedding celebration to find out who you actually want to be with? And for good measure, to have as many young chicks as possible, so that all the men present could confront their needs, whether hidden or quite obviously presented? This isn't very deep... And not even funny. ()
Even a stellar cast couldn't save this desperately unfunny comedy. In the end, I was most impressed by the pleasant soundtrack. During the conversational boredom, however, I noticed that Glenn Close is an extraordinarily charming lady for her age. She's still got it! A few years younger than her, John Malkovich looks like an old man next to her. (40%) ()
