SS-GB (2017)

English I was satisfied with the series in the end, even though the creators tried to put me off in the first two episodes. But then the story got going and I had a great time watching a quality spy drama. The character of Doug Archer had a film noir vibe, the exhumation of Karl Marx was an idea worthy of Monty Python and I was intrigued by who was sacrificed for the country to save face. I was just disappointed with the way SS Sturmbannführer Huth wore his Ritterkreuz. That was shamefully sloppy. ()

Episode 1 (2017) (E01)

English I like alternative history, so I was looking forward to the series, but the first episode disappointed me. I thought the creators could come up with something more interesting. Hopefully, the following episodes will be better, as the first one seemed quite bland to me. ()

Episode 4 (2017) (E04)

English Thanks to the resistance movement's involvement, the series is slowly transforming into a thrilling spy drama and I'm very curious about the ending of the series. I'm glad I didn't let myself be discouraged by the weaker beginning because now I'm really enjoying it. ()
