Gáthy Zoltán edits the Soul Clinic column in a morning paper under the pseudonym, Emma. Sásdy Edit, an enthusiastic reader founds Aunt Emma's camp. Of course it is Gáthy, who attends the sweet-shop meeting as the eponym. Edit's sister Jutka is not happy about this, but Gáthy still gets to like her. The absent-minded father, Sásdy wants Jutka to marry Tordai Kázmér, who asks for the Soul Clinic's help. The "poor rich girl" starts corresponding with "Aunt Emma". Following Aunt Emma's advice a national scandal breaks out with press complications. Finally Zoltán marries Jutka and Kázmér marries Edit. (official distributor synopsis)
