Almost Mercy shows how far things can go when some people are too marginalized or too different. Unfortunately, the film fails a bit in those motivations and cannot function well as social criticism. As a massacre, however, it's very well done in the end and pretty much everyone gets it, deservedly or not. It's not extra gory, but there is a lot of blood. It does deserve an average rating.
