Men Go to Battle

It's 1861, the first year of the Civil War in Small's Corner, Kentucky. Tall, gregarious Frank and his quiet brother Henry are the only ones left to tend their family farm. But when Henry is snubbed by the daughter of the wealthy Small family and a rift with Frank deepens, he flees to battle, leaving his sibling to struggle with life on the homestead alone.
