The Little Mermaid

A young reporter goes out in search of a good story accompanied by his younger sister. Together they find a beautiful mermaid trapped in a glass tank. Soon they learn of a prophecy about a little girl born on earth and blessed with the heart of a mermaid, entangling themselves in the sinister plot of a wizard who wishes to keep the soul of the creature.
