Alicia de Larrocha, Barcelona, was one of the world’s greatest pianists, loved for her elegant performances of Mozart, and regarded as an incomparable interpreter of Albéniz, Granados, Mompou, and other Spanish composers. Talented since her childhood, her success was never proved to be ephemeral as Alicia became an artist with a prolific international career. Different characters or international renown such as Joaquin Achúcarro, André Previn, Maria Joao Pires or Martha Argerich, will speak about her technique, about her passion and the reasons why she was considered one of the best piano players of the 20th Century.
