Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje writes, directs and stars in this British drama. While his parents complete their studies, young Nigerian Enitan (Zephan Hanson Amissah/Damson Idris) is farmed out to a white working-class family in Tilbury, Essex. Displaced from his cultural heritage and subjected to constant racist abuse, violence and degradation, Eni learns to hate his own skin and struggles with his identity until, as a teenager, he becomes part of the feared skinhead gang the Tilbury Skins.
