Entitled to Sail

The Fishermen in the southern coast of Jalisco have freely exert their craft for decades. In recent years they have been threatened by the privatization momentum increases its presence on the beaches of the region. The Mexican Constitution give them the rigth but even so, nothing guarantees their right to keep fishing. (Guadalajara International Film Festival)
