Pulqui, a moment in the native land of happiness

Pulqui was the first reaction plane built in Argentina during Peron’s government. In 1955 a military coup overthrows Peron and this project dies together with the hope of having a different country. Argentina, 2005, the painter Daniel Santoro sets to build the Pulqui plane, at half the original model and with aluminum, and wishes to make it fly. We will see if this new Pulqui manages to soar and for one instant recuperate the Peronist utopia of a happy nation. (Monterrey International Film Festival)
