I give a big plus for the song "Time after Time" – it's been on my favorites list for a while, so hearing it put a big smile on my face :-)) Otherwise, about the movie – a totally average movie about love and passion in dance. And pasodoble is indeed a dance full of passion. If you need to switch off your brain for a moment, just kind of survive with a movie, this is a good fit. ()
This is one of those movies where you initially think it will be a cheesy melodrama, but when you watch it for a while, you realize that this is exactly the kind of melodrama you want to see. It's beautifully romantic, it's wonderfully crazy, and overall it just creates a lovely impression, and at the end, you enjoy the finale in a similar way to how you enjoyed "Dirty Dancing," just not as electrifying.
