Noora

In this Norwegian film, the main character Noora tries to cope with the fact that she has to marry the man her parents chose for her. Unfortunately, this doesn't work very well. The filmmakers don't work with gradations and we don't see any climax in the film, which the viewer has been preparing for all along. The film is nicely handled - interesting cinematography and nice colour corrections add to the Norwegian atmosphere. (12/20/2019)
