Australian artist Rone moved to Melbourne in 2001 and immediately fell in love with the street art scene. The excess of masculinity and violence that was there at the time was ubiquitous, and he decided to balance it with a female element. Since then he has created exclusively giant, multi-dimensional murals of realistic female faces. This VR documentary provides an insight into Rone's creative process and in a meditative rhythm introduces audiences to his beloved deserted locations, which he decorated in his unmistakable style, whether it is a former cinema, an old paper mill or houses whose interiors have long been covered by dust. Since most of the buildings captured in the film have already been demolished, much of Rone's work is preserved only in the form of this virtual film. (One World)
