Flip That Romance

Jules works in her mom’s greenhouse, where she creates floral arrangements used to stage houses for sale. Now hoping to start her own business buying fixer uppers and flipping them, Jules heads to an auction to buy half of a duplex and finds herself bidding against her ex-boyfriend, Lance. They once collaborated on a renovation but ended up accusing each other of not bending during the process and when they barely broke even on the sale, their relationship broke as well. Surprised to see Lance back in town, since he moved away to start his own contracting company, Jules is determined to outbid him, and she ends up going thousands over her budget. But what really surprises her is that Lance already owns the other half of the duplex, which he also intends to flip. With their romantic and competitive sparks firing on all cylinders, the two soon challenge each other to a “may the best flip win,” giving themselves eight weeks to complete their renovations and sell their half of the duplex.
