Aesthetically stunning, intellectually challenging, and emotionally honest, The Whale and The Raven examines the tensions between the Gitga’at nation and oil companies, between eons of traditions and today’s thirst for resources, between the massive whales of the Canadian Pacific Coast and supertankers.
