One of Ogino's early avant-garde masterpieces shot on 9.5mm film, this is the Japanese contribution to the urban symphony genre. In a well-arranged rhythmic composition consisting of impressively framed shots and using experimental optical techniques, Ogino pays tribute to the hustle and bustle, speed and non-stop movement in Tokyo, which had by then recovered from the devastating earthquake of 1923.
