Johnny One-Eye

Martin Martin (Pat O'Brien), a major league racketeer, barely gives the D.A.'s men the slip when they come to arrest him for a five-year-old murder that he and his ex-partner Dane Cory (Wayne Morris) committed. When Martin realizes that Cory must have bargained with the D.A., he sets up a meeting to talk - but Cory has deadlier plans. Dane has Cute Freddie (Harry Bronson), his right-hand man, shoot Martin, and Martin in turn kills Freddie. Cory flees the scene and takes cover at his girlfriend Lily's (Dolores Moran) apartment. Meanwhile, Martin, weakened by his injury, rests in a nearby abandoned building where Lily's daughter Elsie (Gayle Reed) finds and befriends him. Fatefully, Cory follows Elsie to Martin's hiding place, and she becomes caught in their deadly crossfire. (Echo Bridge Entertainment)
