Far from the queer communes and feminist festivals of the big city lives a 64-year-old in their parents’ house in the countryside in northern Sweden. Between poems and sawing machines, we follow Mats/Maria and their thoughts about growing up transgender in a place without room for difference. (Göteborg Film Festival)
