This comedy of manners revolves around a foursome of high society characters looking for love - and money! George, The Duke of Bristol (Clive Brook); Helen (Googie Withers), an affable American heiress; wealthy Englishwoman Maria (Bea Lillie); and gentleman Richard (Roland Culver) travel to a secluded Scottish castle for a month to test the waters of love. But when the servants leave the group high and dry, and all the usual pleasantries fall by the wayside, the foursome is forced to really get to know one another - and they don't necessarily like what they find!
