Super Bebop & Mighty Rocksteady (S03E27)

Shredder and Krang produce hi-tech versions of Rocksteady and Bebop to keep the Turtles busy while they install a mind-controlling Mesmerizer at the top of the broadcast tower at the Channel 6 building.
