The Spanish film Common Wealth will surprise you. The genre changes almost from scene to scene, yet the plot is consistent, it makes sense, and as a whole it holds together wonderfully. And that's very, very good. The social criticism here is stronger than horror, and the horror is only one of the tools used here, but when it comes down to it, it's used very well. A great film. ()
