What happens when you have a happy family relationship but the past invades your life in the form of passion? Can he resist passion? Will Gerard's hero, who coincidentally meets his past love again, manage to handle it? Truffaut had excellent actors and a good subject, which is presented in a human yet dramatic way. ()
