Experimental film for which the makers travelled to Ankara in Eastern Turkey. The film gives an impression of the countryside and the busy cities. The soundtrack plays a major role in the film. Yavas Yavas, Turkish for 'take it easy, take it easy', gives an impression of three weeks in Turkey in three and a half minutes. The film was produced by the film workshop Filmstad. Under the name FilmBlik, filmmakers and artists were invited to make a 16mm film with only one restriction: to use only one can of film (10 minutes). (Nederlands Film Festival)
