Biography
His work has toured more than 100 festivals around the world, such as Clermont Ferrand and the Berlinale, competing in the Generation Kplus section with his debut opera Somos Mari Pepa. He has been awarded the Mayahuel at the FICG, the Silver Eye of the FICM, and the Ariel of the AMACC for Best Short Film for Mari Pepa, as well as three Ariel nominations for the feature film Somos Mari Pepa.
