Biography
Jouni West (1990, Finland) made his first animation, Áigin, three years ago, basing it loosely on Norwegian filmmaker Nils Gaup’s Pathfinder (Ofelaš, 1987), a Sámi-language adventure drama that garnered an Academy Award nomination for Best Foreign Language Film. His dream is to make a feature-length animated film.
