Biography

Andrés studied law at UDEM and a Master of Fine Arts in Film Direction at Columbia University in New York. He is a founding partner of production companies Bengal and Cinematográfica CR. As a director, he competed in the Official Selection of the Morelia International Film Festival with his debut film Hilda in 2014, and his second film, Territorio, premiered in 2019. At the same time as his film career, Andrés is an editorialist for the journalistic company Grupo Reforma.
