Biography

LESLIE MANN starred opposite Adam Sandler and Seth Rogen in Judd Apatow's Funny People. She also appeared on Apatow's directorial effort, which follows the lives of Knocked Up characters Debbie (Mann) and Pete (Paul Rudd).

Mann lent her voice as the character Linda in the hit animated film Rio, and was also seen in the children's adventure film Shorts. She was also seen in Millennium Entertainment's Little Birds.

Mann starred in Burr Steers' hit comedy 17 Again, opposite Zac Efron and Matthew Perry, and in Glenn Ficarra and John Requa's I Love You Phillip Morris, opposite Jim Carrey and Ewan McGregor. In the film, Mann plays the wife of Carrey's character. It premiered at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival and was nominated for a Critics Choice Award for Best Comedy Movie.

In 2007, Mann starred in Judd Apatow's acclaimed smash-hit comedy Knocked Up, with Seth Rogen and Paul Rudd. Her performance in the film garnered her rave reviews as well as a Best Supporting Actress nomination from the Chicago Film Critics Association. Knocked Up grossed more than $300 million worldwide and won the People's Choice Award for Favorite Comedy Movie. It was also nominated for a Critics' Choice Award for Best Comedy Movie and was named one of AFI's top-10 films of the year.
