Pruitt Taylor Vince

Pruitt Taylor Vince was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and made his film debut in director Walter Hill's “Red Heat.” He won critical acclaim for his portrayal of a lovelorn cook in the 1995 film “Heavy.” Also starring Liv Tyler and Shelley Winters, the film won the Special Jury Prize at that year's Sundance Film Festival.
