Phil Davis is a successful British actor, director and writer. For his recent performance as the husband in Mike Leigh's Vera Drake, he won Best Actor Awards from BAFTA; the London Critics Circle; a British Independent Film Award; and was named Best Supporting Actor by the San Diego Film Critics.
