Biography
Victor Santos was born in Portugal in 1974. He studied audiovisual communication at Instituto Politécnico in Porto. In 2010 he cofounded a production company FilmesDaMente and he is the author of several short films CTRL FLY (2005), Timeless (2007), Lost and Found (2010) and 23rd Frame (2011).
