Biography (1)
Neeraj Ghaywan transitioned from a career in engineering into filmmaking, working with internationally renowned director Anurag Kashyap on Gangs of Wasseypur and as Second Unit Director for Ugly (2013). He has directed two short films, Epiphany (2013) and the award-winning Shor (2011), and recently received the Mahindra Sundance Global Filmmaker Award. His screenplay Masaan was part of the 2014 Sundance Screenwriter's Lab.
