Biography

Dylan Moran is best known for co-writing and starring in Channel 4's award-winning Black Books, the third series of which was broadcast this past spring. The show has also aired in the U.S., on Comedy Central.
The Irish-born Dylan also enjoys a successful career as a stand-up comedian, and as such was honored with the Perrier Award for Comedy at the 1996 Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He recently played Manhattan in his show Monster, which he had previously performed throughout Europe. He recorded Monster for BBC America, which is their first-ever original program.
His film credits include Conor McPherson's The Actors (in which he starred opposite Michael Caine) and Roger Michell's Notting Hill.
