Biography (1)
Born in 1938, Stig Björkman is a Swedish writer, director and film critic. He began his directing career in 1964 with a short, Letitia, came to international attention with GEORGIA, GEORGIA in 1972 and has since made over 15 others, fiction features and, more recently documentaries. He has also published books on Joyce Carol Oates, Lars Von Trier and Ingmar Bergman.
