Biography
Giovanni Maccelli was born in Italy, where he graduated in Theory and Technical Cinematographic Language by the University of Florence. He took a Master Course in Cinema Direction in the Escuela Immagina of Florence, a course in editing and another one in animation. In 2004 he moved to Madrid, where he owns, a production company called Zampanò, dedicated to carry out short film projects. Receive the Goya in 2015 for the best spanish short animation film by Juan y la nube.
