Biography (3)
ADAM McKAY co-wrote and directed Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy, Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, and Step Brothers, the latter two of which he also executive produced. McKay co-wrote all three films with Will Ferrell. The two had been longtime friends since spending several years together on "Saturday Night Live, where McKay served as head writer and the creator of many of that series' most memorable sketches and short films from 1995-2001. … (more)
