Biography
Born in 1961 in Tokyo, Japan. He started his own company, Tezuka Productions, playing the work of his father, the famous Osamu Tezuka; he then created Neontetra. He is pioneer of the Gakko no kaidan (Haunted School) series of movies and TV dramas that gained popularity during the 1990s. His films include Hakuchi (1999), Shinkuronishiti (2004), and Youkai tengoku: Ghost Hero (1990).
