Elio Quiroga

Elio Quiroga (b. 1965, Las Palmas, Canary Islands) studied information science and shared in the development of Jaleo post-production software. Via his own production company Frame+Frame Films he has made commercials, video clips and short feature films. In 1996 he directed his first feature film Fotos, which won him Best Screenplay at the festival in Sitges, Spain.
