Biography
Maverick filmmaker who’s been working outside of the mainstream (both commercial and art-house), many times as a one-man crew since he made his first short at age 17 with an old VHS. He directed Cucharachas Rojas, winner of 23 international awards, and Memorias del Desarrollo, which received 20 international awards and the Best Cuban Film of the Year recognition from the International Film Guide.
