Serge Ioan Celebidachi

Serge Ioan Celebidachi was born in 1968. He has a Bachelor of Arts in theatre and drama from Indiana University. Later, with a specialization in film studies he received a film master’s degree from the London International Film School. He wrote number of scripts and directed films like Celibidache's Garden (1997), Edward and Lulu (2004), and Taming the Apex (2013), reaching the film markets of the UK, France, Germany, Japan and Romania among others. The documentary Celibidache's Garden was awarded the 1997 IDFA -FIPRESCI special jury prize. Octave is his first feature fiction.
