She lives in Maracaibo, Venezuela. Ortega studied Communications and has a special mention in Audiovisual Journalism. Graduated on Film Direction from the International School of Cinema and TV of San Antonio de los Baños in Cuba and graduated from Ludwisburg’s Filmakademie on Documentary.
