Biography (1)
Wolfgang Becker (1954) is a screenwriter, director and producer. He graduated from the DFFB film and TV academy in Berlin with the feature film The Butterfly (Schmetterlinge, 1986), for which he won prestigious awards. He made a name for himself with the comedy-dramas Life is All You Get (Das Leben ist eine Baustelle, 1997) and Good Bye, Lenin! (2003).
