Almudena Carracedo

Almudena Carracedo, trained in film production in Madrid and Paris, worked as a television director in Spain before moving to the U.S. Her documentary Welcome, A Docu-Journey of Impressions received the Sterling Award for Best Short at Silverdocs Documentary Festival. Five years in the making, Made in LA is her first feature documentary. Her work reflects sensitivity toward border subjects in the framework of social justice.
