Tatsushi Ômori (1970, Tokyo) is the eldest son of the famous butō dancer and actor Maro Akaji. While studying at university Ômiru began making Super8 mm films. His controversial feature debut "The Whispering of the Gods" (2005) was screened outside the traditional network in a self-built construction near Ueno Park in Tokyo and ran for months.
